China's Sneaker Wars: How the Underdogs Fight Back
Here's a link to a piece in Slate, the on line magazine, about how Chinese competitors to Nike and Adidas, the two global mega brands in the sneaker market, are defending their home turf as we move toward the Beijing Olympics next year. I have to admit, sponsoring the North Korean Olympic team is not a marketing strategy I would have thought of…(Thanks to Josh at Slate for the heads up.)
