Heads Up: Beijing Guide
For anyone looking for amusement in the Big Dumpling (alternatives happily accepted on this one: Big Steamed Bun definitely doesn't do it; if it has to be fruit related --Bangkok is the Big Durian--I guess it could be the Big Peach, but that doesn't fly either), please click through to my somewhat whimsical take here.

OK, not bad. Based on your stay in Beijing only for relatively short time, you know pretty well already. Some places I never have been like the Yin bar. Beijing is so huge and with its long history, especially as the capital of several dynasties, it sure possesses numerous things people can enjoy. And it is changing so quickly, with one aspect being the architectures. Space has to be made to accommodate increasing population and transportation. sometimes at the price of traditional and historical buildings and heritages like the HuTongs, although most of them are not so neat as the one you showed, at least several years ago when I was exploring them.. Never think you know enough about Beijing, it takes years even for the Taxi drivers to get familiar with the routes around the city, not to mention all others like restaurants and entertainments. So keep tripping around and deepen your understanding of Beijing and China with open-mind,not only the geography, but most importantly the humanity, you viewpoints will be changing from time to time.
