You are totally wrong. The only way Hong Kong to keep the status of "International" (With Chinese Characteristics) financial center is to be more like China, so that Chinese SOE's will use HK, and not Tokyo, or SIngapore.

The previous dean of the Li Ka-shing Medical School (Formerly Medical School of the HKU) was charged for receiving HK$400M wrongfully, and received 25 months of jail sentence (will be released after 8 months).
